Wow. I missed this amidst the welter of other more publicized cases last week. Thanks for pointing it out and making the point so clearly. One would ideally like a SCOTUS that supported human life and well-being over the interests of profit.
On top of everything else, here's a quote from the opinion of the court document, "COVID-19 is a highly contagious and potentially fatal respiratory illness spread through airborne droplets, like those produced from coughs or sneezes." It makes me want to scream!! It's an Aerosol!!!
