Once you know the history of Hollywood, you realise that pretty much all of the movies pumped out of their is western propaganda. My eyes are wide open and I suspect many others are too.
Most movies about aspects of American life and history are pure propaganda. These movies get written and consumed by us, the at one time innocent children steeped in American exceptionalism propagated by our educational system. It takes a long time for the veil to lift. For me, that interval was far too long a period.
All dwelling on this little planet have a vested interest in our awakening.

You should broaden and deepen these articles to create a sort of 12 step program for those waking up from decades of enforced Ziophilia. You've tapped into the most insideous and thus pervasive cultural poison that hundreds of millions barely noticed prior to seeing the mask fall and reveal the hideous face of Zionism in Gaza. A book length work on this topic is not only justified but really a duty of the noble anti Zionist intellectuals of the world. And one day an elderly Armenian woman looked at me with cold entendre and grouched: "You Turkish?" "No, Italian-American, I apologized, we just use their drum cymbals". And I've always wondered: where the hell are the movies about the Armenian Genocide? Turns out that there are a few, but only one with prominent actors, 2016's " The Promise", never much publicized and a box office bomb with a $90 million budget and only a $12.4 million box office return. Figures -- wrong genocide!

I'd agree that Hollywood romanticized the Holocaust. And Americans like me, who grew up with a father who fought the Nazis in Europe, were raised to consider anti-Semiticism so evil that the corollary had to be that Jews were good and deserving of their own country. As I got older, I became aware of other viewpoints. When I taught Night by Elie Wiesel (required), we watched a video called "Heil Hitler: Confessions of a Hitler Youth." I thought it was a good explanation of how a whole society could be brainwashed to believe that certain people were "vermin." We also watched "The Final Days" about Sophie Scholl and the White Rose. I hope my students took away the message that fighting fascism is difficult but necessary, and not that any particular people are automatically good because of what their ancestors went through.
"The Final Days" is based on the transcript of her interrogation by a Nazi officer who clearly wanted to find a way to save her life. Every rationalization he offers her she rejects.
Sorry have to post again: "According to Swan, Sinatra despised racial prejudice and was quick to put a stop to it.". I burst out laughing at that point - the apartheid state of Israel where arabs have the same status as blacks in the Southern States of the USA - in the 1950s (& now as far as I can see) - but Sinatra was happy with that - or was it turning a blind eye?

In the case of Shamir he met with Eichmann in Jerusalem in the 1930s (Eichmann’s later trip to the same city had a somewhat different end point). “Zone of Interest” was pretty good in “normalizing” the Nazis as basically, civil servants doing a job. Would be good to do the equivalent but set in Israel – normalising the Israeli-jewish civil servants undertaking genocide against the Palestinians. Maybe portraying some Israeli families talking over the dinner table on how “those fucking arabs deserve it” – I am quite sure such conversations occurred, as I am certain they did in Germany in the 1940s – how times don’t change. But let’s not forget there are oh some many Israeli jews opposed to what happened, ditto in the UK (irony alert). One last thing: filmed historical dramas, Masada – 1st Jewish rebellion. 60AD. In the film, the Jews were portrayed by Americans (they sounded as if they were from Brooklyn perhaps a lost tribe – who knows), I will leave it to gentle readers as to which nationality played the “evil” Romans.

Hollywood as long as i remember was always addicted to Violence in Movies. Hell even the old Wild West Movies with European Settlers killing Indigenous People en Mass were in Fashion even back in the 50s.
Yes, Hitlers Holocaust was outright evil and so was the Russia Bolsheviks murder of 66 million of their own citizens which is labeled as another jewish choreographed mass murder. There are many more cases like this but .... they did not get the attention due to the lack of funding and long term Propaganda , bribes and intimidation that the zionist Israeli used since 1948,
What sickens me is how deep this all goes.
My Hometown in Germany saw Israel, Ukraine and LGBT Flags flying on City Hall and christian churches using posters with: NEVER AGAIN !
German Flags were considered unwanted and outright right wing symbols, so became the German National Anthem. Germany's price for the Holocaust is the ETERNAL GUILT complex. Not a single politician there ever stood up and dared any criticism of what's going on in Gaza and West Bank. They all seem to be groomed, bribed and on drugs. That's pretty much like in the UK and perhaps France.
I add that i never had any interests in politics never was aligned to any political party due to the complete lack of trust in them. I did however find Hitler's Book that no German was allowed to read over more than 70 years on archive.org and started reading it. His book reveals how he got there and not only that. IT READS LIKE A CARBON COPY OF WHAT ISRAEL IS DOING TODAY !
I stopped watching those movies ages ago. I could see clearly the bias and their agenda to keep the topic alive as the WORST that humanity has done. Not even sure it’s the worse that Europeans have done to each other. Certainly it’s not the worse that Europeans have done to Indigenous peoples or Africans or Indias or South East Asians.
It's as if the reality of the Jewish holocaust somehow blinded everyone to all the other, equally real holocausts perpetrated everywhere. I look back now with amazement on the irony of being a 10th grade student in Canada reading The Diary of Anne Frank, while never having heard of the genocidal residential "school" system that was designed to end Indigenous lives and culture in my country. No one gets a free pass on Gaza, whether it's the Israeli government or their enablers, which include the government of Canada.
