Yes to organizing the working class! To wit, the Minneapolis trade unions should have called a general strike today in protest of Renee Good's execution murder. Alas, our unions have been captured by bureaucrat sell-outs whose preeminent loyalty is to the DNC and not to their rank & file members. Ergo, we union & ex-union rank & file members should be organizing political strike work stoppages & collective organized sick-outs whenever Caligula's Nazi centurions are used against the people. We have crossed the 1934 Nazi Germany threshold and must respond accordingly bypassing sell-out union & Democratic Party controlled leaderships by organizing rank & file members on our own to ACT by withdrawing our labor like the unions did when they called a general strike in Minneapolis in 1934 after 2 unionists were murdered by police. Economic bizness as usual must be interrupted. No Minneapolis public school should be opened and all businesses should be closed today in solidarity.
Unless Venezuela drills WAY down as Russia had to after WW II ended, Russia has more oil than Venezuela does I think. Russia does not want to make war on the West but to join it. This is foolish in the extreme, as the West has made the destruction of Russia its stated purpose.
China merely hopes that the crocodile will eat them last. This sort of makes some sense, as the Chinese case for legitimacy depends on rising shared prosperity.
The Americans are all about dominance, power and control.
"Russia does not want to make war on the West but to join it." It once did, but it has abandoned joining the West and is purely engaging with it still out of pragmatic necessity. Russia has decisively embraced China, BRICS and the Global South because it has given up on the US empire led West ending its long proxy/hybrid war against it. China too is not at all hoping it won't be eaten and is instead moving rapidly to weaken US hegemony in concert with Russia and Iran.
When I lived in Ukraine (2004-2012) I heard similar brave rhetoric. The moment membership in The Club was dangled out, all was forgotten, all was forgiven.
Russians still crave plaudits from western cultural institutions, still aee western sources as automatically authoritative, still hunger for western brands and consumers tchotchkes, still ooh and ah over degrees from western educational institutions, their oligarchs still stare wistfully at trophy properties in London, Miami and NYC, still long to be able to play at being british gentlemen.

It is a rather interesting confluence of events. These events seem to defer green energy for survivors. For us not in that pathway, it is to choke on fumes while fending off starvation as our careers have been replaced by AI.
The bunker under the ballroom will decide who and what survives. Unless we plebes revolt.

Peak oil is a myth that the powers-that-be want us to believe so that they can raise the cost of oil. Oil is abiotic, a fact that my 19th edition confirms; it’s not a fossil fuel which is another myth that they want people to believe.
America should do what Russia did after WWII ended, i.e. drill WAY down. Then America would have lots of oil. The question is will they do that?
